Biography

Shivani Singh is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics at Sharda University. Her research focuses on structural bioinformatics, AI-driven protein structure prediction, molecular dynamics, and computational drug discovery. With strong expertise in Python and R, she also integrates advanced computational techniques for biological data analysis and interpretation. She has prior industry experience in Syngene as an RA, which adds practical value to her research. She was recently honored with the Best Presentation Award at ICCBB 2024, Kyoto University Japan, for her research work in computational biology and structural prediction. She is actively involved in interdisciplinary research to address key challenges in computational biology.
